NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor and Eligibility

The sponsor of this Giveaway is Opportunity Watch Co. ("OWC"), located in Amherst, NH. The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Geographic Restrictions: Participation in drawings for prizes with an Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") exceeding $5,000 ("Hero Draws") is limited to residents of states where such promotions do not require separate state-level bonding or registration. Residents of New York and Florida are ineligible for Hero Draws unless otherwise specified. All other "Volume Pool" drawings are open to residents of all 50 states.

2. Promotional Periods and Drawing Schedule

OWC conducts recurring promotional periods ("Giveaway Periods"). The duration and schedule of each Giveaway Period is published on the Site.

Postmark Deadline: All mail-in (AMOE) entries must be postmarked by 11:59 PM ET on the last day of the Giveaway Period.

Receipt Deadline: All mail-in entries must be physically received within 7 business days after the Giveaway Period ends.

The Drawing: Winner selection occurs after the 7-business-day receipt window closes, to ensure all valid mail-in entries are included.

Volume Drawings: OWC utilizes a dynamic prize scaling model that awards one (1) prize for every 200 entrants.

Community Unlock System: Each month begins with 2-3 unlocked prizes available to win. As community participation grows and entry milestones are reached (typically every 200-400 entries), additional prizes automatically unlock for that month's drawing. All unlocked prizes are included in the collective odds calculation displayed on the Site. Locked prizes become eligible for drawing once their entry threshold is met. Your odds improve as prizes unlock because the same entry pool competes for more winners.

3. Methods of Entry

All entries, regardless of the method of entry, have Equal Dignity and an equal chance of winning.

Method 1: Subscription-Based Entry (Automatic)

Active subscribers to the Opportunity Watch Club receive automated entries into every active giveaway as a no-cost promotional benefit of their membership. The number of entries varies by subscription tier and is displayed on the Site. During designated promotional windows, entries may be subject to a multiplier.

Method 2: Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE / Mail-In)

To receive 1 entry into an active Giveaway Period without a purchase, an entrant must:

  1. Create a Free Account: Visit opportunitywatchco.com/login and enter your email address. No purchase is required. You will receive a magic link to verify your email and access your account.
  2. Request a Code: Once logged in, visit your Profile page and complete the email verification process to generate a Unique Request Code (URC).
    URC Format: The URC is a unique 12-character alphanumeric identifier beginning with OWC.

  3. Prepare Your Request: Hand-print the following on a standard 3×5 card:
    • Your URC code exactly as it appears
    • Your full name
    • Your mailing address
    • Your phone number
    • Your account email (must match the email used to create your account)
    • The required message (giveaway name, dates, and entry value — displayed after code generation)
  4. Submit via Mail: Place the 3×5 card in its own envelope and mail to: OWC | ATTN: Sweepstakes Processing | #1004, 124 Route 101A Suite 13, Amherst, NH 03031.

Verification Requirements:

  • Each request must be mailed individually in a separate outer envelope.
  • Requests must be postmarked by 11:59 PM ET on the last day of the applicable Giveaway Period.
  • Requests must be physically received by OWC within 7 business days after the Giveaway Period ends.
  • Winner selection will not occur until the 7-business-day receipt window has closed.
  • The account email written on the mail-in entry must match the email address used to create the account and generate the URC.
  • Entries must be hand-printed (not typed or machine-generated).

Handwriting Requirement: All entries must be hand-printed by the entrant. Any transcription errors in the URC, illegible handwriting, or use of third-party mailing/automation services (e.g., Lob) will result in the entry being void.

4. Prize Options & Cash Alternative

Winners may elect a Cash Alternative in lieu of a watch prize.

  • Value: The Cash Alternative is valued at 80% of the prize's ARV.
  • Selection: Selection must be confirmed within 72 hours of notification via the User Portal.

5. Winner Selection and Tax Obligations

Winners are selected via a Verifiable Random Function (VRF). Winners of prizes (physical or cash) with a value exceeding $2,000 must provide a valid government ID and a completed Form W-9. For prizes exceeding $5,000, OWC will perform federal tax withholding as required by law.

6. General Terms

Membership fees are paid solely for access to OWC's Market Intelligence Feed and data tools. Sweepstakes entries are a no-cost promotional incentive.
